The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager based in London to drive the next evolution of our AI agent marketplace, Olas Mech Marketplace. This is a first-of-its-kind decentralized marketplace for AI agents - a bazaar where agents can offer their skills, hire other agents' services, and collaborate autonomously. You’ll be joining the original agent project at the forefront of the A2A (Agent-to-Agent) space, defining the future of how intelligent systems interact, trade, and coordinate. You’ll work closely with engineering, research, and ecosystem teams to turn bold ideas into breakout products with real-world traction.
We’re seeking a strategic product leader who’s shipped products that achieved significant adoption and demonstrated category-defining innovation. You’ve built and iterated products that captured users’ imagination — not just met OKRs. You’re fluent in experimentation and have a good grasp of the potential of emerging agent protocols (A2A, MCP, ACP, x402), and thrive in high-autonomy environments where vision, execution, and impact intersect. You are excited to work in line with our values and collaborate with a world-class team, constantly pushing boundaries as the original agent project in the rapidly-expanding AI agent space.

Main Duties

• Coordinate and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and concept experimentation to launch and adoption, for the Olas Mech Marketplace.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data insights to inform continuous improvements, roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and user experience improvements.
• Define, document and drive development of a compelling product rooted in user needs, market opportunity, and the potential of emerging A2A protocols.
• Lead experimentation, including incorporating new agent-to-agent (A2A) product concepts and integrations, leveraging protocols such as x402, MCP, A2A, and ACP.
• .Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, quality assurance and research team to deliver high-quality product releases and accelerate iteration cycles.
• Build a deep understanding of users and the ecosystem, identifying opportunities for differentiation, growth, and user delight.
• Shape, monitor and leverage metrics for improving the product experience and growing adoption.

Requirements

• Ability to work in line with our values.
• 5+ years of product management experience, leading complex products in AI, crypto, or fintech environments.
• Experience with tokenomics, incentive design, or agent-based marketplaces - especially within AI agent ecosystems or decentralized, protocol-driven environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling breakout products that achieved significant adoption and market impact.
• Experienced in driving clarity, prioritization, and alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, quality assurance, research, etc).
• Demonstrated leadership and evidence of the ability to define product strategy, leading rapid experimentation, and executing hypothesis-driven development.
• Strong ability to translate technical potential into user-centered products that balance innovation, usability, and commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with high autonomy.
• Bonus: Experience with emerging agent-to-agent protocols (MCP, A2A, ACP, x402).
• Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in London to join occasional in-person team meetups.
