Your strategic insights and decision-making skills will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' severe weather risk mitigation efforts. Your main role responsibilities will include:

• Directing the assessment, underwriting, and pricing of complex commercial insurance risks
• Guiding the review of insurance applications to accurately gauge the degree of risk involved
• Steering the development of innovative underwriting strategies to achieve business growth and profitability
• Collaborating closely with sales, customer service, and senior management teams to manage, retain, and grow our client base

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Have a minimum of 3 years of commercial underwriting experience, with a track record of managing large accounts (property experience is a plus)
