The Role

As an Ad Ops lead, you’ll not only directly support all demand side operational needs both pre and post-launch, you will also lead and mentor a team of associate campaign managers through technical knowledge support and operational best practices. This is a crucial role within our campaign management team and an amazing opportunity for programmatic professionals looking to grow into internal experts of Triplelift tools, processes and best practices in the areas of operations, optimization, troubleshooting, & analytics.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for directly supporting Partner Management and the Clients’ operational needs, both pre and post launch
- Translating campaign blueprints and IOs into campaign set-up for timely launch.
- Generating Deals for programmatic clients in various DSPs to set them up for success based on their KPIs.
- Pull and provide campaign reporting and generate actionable insights from the data.
- Oversee pacing/optimizations for campaigns to ensure full delivery.
- Support the learning and development of associate campaign managers through technical knowledge sharing and operational best practices.
- Showcase a strong commitment to ensure team upkeep around all facets of campaign management processes, including but not limited to assistance in the creative QA process and approvals to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Support process improvement projects to drive increased efficiencies and ease of doing business with both internal and external shareholders.
- Become an expert on the use and best practices on the TripleLift stack, products, and capabilities.
- Act as the lead point of contact on technical and operational escalations for Associate Campaign Managers in Pune
- Serve as the liaison between global Campaign Management key stakeholders and act as an internal advocate to communicate Pune team needs.
- Build trusted relationships with North America/EU counterparts and work together to identify areas of growth for the Pune team.
Qualifications
- Excellent technical acumen and previous hands-on execution of programmatic campaigns from pre to post launch.
- Previous experience and success within programmatic platforms such as DV360 and TTD.
- Previous experience with problem ticketing, issue management, and issue escalation via platforms like JIRA.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and G-suite with the ability to create pivot tables, data visualization, and manipulating large data sets.
- Ability to identify points of failure and recommend new, fail-proof processes.
- Effective time management skills to meet and keep track of SLAs.
- Adaptability to work with globally remote teams in different time zones.
- Ability to collaborate effectively or coach high-performing teams.
- Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft and has an eagerness to uplevel team members’ technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.
Experience Requirement
- 5-7 years of digital ad ops or trafficking experience required.
