About the Role

As the Product Owner for NOS, you'll be the strategic visionary behind a revolutionary platform that's transforming how nuclear facilities operate, manage risk, and optimize performance. You'll work at the intersection of nuclear engineering excellence and modern software development, driving product decisions that directly impact the safety, efficiency, and reliability of nuclear operations.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute the product roadmap for NOS, balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and regulatory requirements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with nuclear engineers, operations teams, regulatory specialists, and development teams to ensure NOS meets critical industry needs
  • Feature Prioritization: Make data-driven decisions about feature development, from analytics dashboards to risk management tools and system solution designers
  • User Experience Champion: Ensure NOS delivers intuitive, powerful experiences for nuclear professionals managing complex operational scenarios
  • Regulatory Alignment: Navigate nuclear industry regulations and compliance requirements while driving innovation
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead agile development processes, working with diverse teams including the Head of Nuclear Development and technical specialists

Required Experience

  • Product Management Excellence: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B enterprise software or industrial systems
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes, data analytics, and system integration
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable product features
  • Agile Leadership: Experience leading agile development teams and managing product backlogs in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to product decisions with experience in metrics, user research, and performance analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Background in nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated industries
  • Technical Background: Engineering degree or technical background that enables deep collaboration with nuclear professionals
  • Enterprise Software: Experience with enterprise-grade software platforms, especially those involving operational data and analytics
  • Risk Management: Understanding of risk assessment and management principles in industrial settings
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with nuclear industry regulations and compliance requirements

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 - $203,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
