About the role:
The Treasury Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s cash operations, banking infrastructure, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and support rapid growth. This role will oversee day-to-day treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, bank account management, and internal controls. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable navigating the complexities of a capital-intensive startup operating in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitor daily cash positions, forecast short- and long-term cash flows, and manage liquidity across multiple entities and accounts.
- Banking Operations: Maintain and optimize banking relationships; manage account openings, signatories, and bank platform administration.
- Payment Operations: Oversee treasury-related payment processes (e.g., wires, ACH, international transfers) and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Treasury Controls & Risk Management: Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate operational, fraud, and FX risk.
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent credential preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, or banking, with a strong focus on cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and payment execution
- Proven experience managing banking infrastructure, including account structures, banking portals, and enterprise payment platforms
- Deep understanding of internal controls, treasury risk mitifation, and compliance with financial operations policies
- Demonstrated success in improving and scaling treasury processes in high-growth, fast-paced, or complex organizational environments
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and treasury management platforms
- Experience working in capital-intensive industries such as energy, infrastructure, construction, or advanced manufacturing
- Familiarity with investment management, debt compliance, and/or project finance structures
- Experience supporting federal grants, government funding programs, or public-private partnerships is a plus

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
