As a Fundraising Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our fundraising efforts through financial modeling, investor research, and preparing compelling materials. You will work closely with leadership to ensure successful funding rounds and analyze market trends to provide data-driven insights.

As a Fundraising Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our fundraising efforts through financial modeling, investor research, and preparing compelling materials. You will work closely with leadership to ensure successful funding rounds and analyze market trends to provide data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation, projections, and funding strategies.
- Prepare pitch decks, executive summaries, and financial presentations for investors.
- Research and build a pipeline of potential investors and venture capital firms.
- Track and manage investor communications, ensuring seamless engagement using CRM tools.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to position the company effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and organize due diligence materials for investors.
- Support scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of different funding strategies.
- Analyze investment trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships or funding.
- Assist in forecasting cash flow and aligning capital requirements with growth objectives.
- Monitor and report on fundraising campaign performance to recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or venture capital.
- Proficient in Excel and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for investor engagement.
- Familiarity with venture capital and startup fundraising processes.
