We’ve automated all the painful parts of health insurance so brokers can focus on creating the best experience for their customers and sustaining valuable, long term relationships with employers and carriers alike.

Our growing team is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads and manage the handoff to Sales. This role is critical to the success of the sales org and the company overall.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed your monthly quota by generating high quality sales meetings.
  • Identify, research, reach out, and qualify leads to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Ensure that qualified leads show up to introductory calls.
  • Reschedule introductory calls as needed.
  • Research, follow up, nurture, and qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of documented success in lead generation.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills with the ability to think on your feet and easily answer unexpected questions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Quick and efficient at learning and/or using computers and software. Specific experience with Salesloft, Hubspot, and/or ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Demonstrated drive to succeed.
  • Genuine curiosity and desire to learn.
