This position is office-based (Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 at home) in the Netherlands.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Benelux region, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, guiding them on their journey to becoming users of our HR software. Your contribution will be instrumental in helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) unlock their full HR potential.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
  • Develop and execute strategies for outbound lead generation, ensuring a steady influx of potential clients.
  • Conduct research to identify and approach new prospects in the Benelux region, actively initiating conversations to understand their HR digitization needs.
  • Clarify and resolve the specific requirements of our target audience, mediating initial solutions for HR process digitization.
  • Build strong relationships to engage in meaningful dialogues with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of experienced Account Executives, leveraging their knowledge and insights to enhance your skills.
  • Take ownership of the early stages of the sales process by generating and qualifying new leads.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
  • Previous experience in customer interaction, preferably in a B2B context, such as call center operations, human resources, or event management.
  • A passion for software products and a readiness to work with them to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • A proactive, energetic, and creative approach to communication that fosters trust and excitement in potential customers.
  • Strong language proficiency in Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a bonus).
  • An active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.
