Position Summary:

The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. This role supports employees, leadership, and external partners while playing a key part in maintaining a positive office culture, strong organization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient workplace
  • Oversee office supply inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate with building management and service providers (IT, maintenance, cleaning, security)
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (workspace setup, access, equipment coordination)
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee office-related needs
  • Assist HR with administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and employee communications
  • Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative requests
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and invoices
  • Track and reconcile office-related expenditures
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Help foster a positive office culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities
  • Support internal communications related to office operations and updates

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in office management, administration, or operations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced or evolving environment
  • Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
