Position Summary:
The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. This role supports employees, leadership, and external partners while playing a key part in maintaining a positive office culture, strong organization, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient workplace
- Oversee office supply inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with building management and service providers (IT, maintenance, cleaning, security)
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (workspace setup, access, equipment coordination)
- Serve as a point of contact for employee office-related needs
- Assist HR with administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and employee communications
- Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative requests
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and invoices
- Track and reconcile office-related expenditures
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Help foster a positive office culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities
- Support internal communications related to office operations and updates
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in office management, administration, or operations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced or evolving environment
- Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
