We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations who will lead the Revenue Operations team and be responsible for ensuring NoRedInk’s go-to-market teams have the data, processes, and tools to operate at their best. While this function has responsibility for many tactical and ongoing responsibilities, the Director of Revenue Operations role also has a strategic focus centered on executive business partnerships and helping to develop the long-term growth strategy.
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will report directly to the CFO and will be an integral member of our leadership team, partnering especially with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Product to determine strategy, implement performance metrics, and influence the alignment of revenue operations. This intersectional role will establish measurable processes to improve sales and marketing efficiency, drive GTM performance, help determine sales growth goals, and produce actionable reporting and analysis while building strong relationships across the leadership team to influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Own the planning and prioritization of the revenue operations team with a clear understanding of most projects and initiatives coming from the business, acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the team.
- Drive the annual planning process for the go-to-market teams including sales plans, capacity plans, headcount models, sales compensation plans, quota plans, and territory planning in close collaboration with senior leadership.
- Be a strong people leader able to coach and develop the revenue operations team members.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with our Sales and Marketing leaders and their teams, providing insight and foresight to these teams.
- Partner with the executive team and drive go-to-market decisions by making recommendations for sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize revenue and optimize costs.
- Partner with Business Operations to build the narrative and supporting data for quarterly Board meetings.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Responsible for leveraging data and BI tools to develop a reporting suite of leading performance indicators and early warning systems, audits, and rituals to help ensure the business continually achieves its revenue goals.
- Responsible for providing executive team insights and analysis on sales funnel performance trends and accurate bookings forecasts.
- Oversee the efficacy and administration of the technology stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, LeanData, Pardot, Outreach, and Gong.
About You:
- 7+ years of revenue, sales, and business operations experience in a high-growth SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Proven ability to identify and lead growth-enabling initiatives for rapidly scaling organizations.
- Ability to set short-, mid-, and long-term plans and goals to achieve business objectives.
- Previous experience partnering across organizations to execute strategic plans.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous initiatives leveraging standard SaaS sales metrics and benchmarking.
- Well-organized, strong communication skills, and ability to manage and influence direct and indirect reports with high motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact.
- Experience architecting and managing revenue systems from the ground up (CRM, Marketing Automation, and Sales Engagement tools).
- Prior experience selling into the education market is a big plus.
- MBA is preferred, but not required.

Compensation at NoRedInk is robust and includes a full range of benefits, unlimited PTO, monthly co-working stipends, an initial home-office set-up stipend, and generous equity. Our salary ranges are based on factors such as expectations as laid out in the job description, location-specific market data, internal parity, and the experience and skills of individual candidates. Therefore, the salary range is $175,000 - 225,000K in cash compensation and accounts for a variety of locations and skills/experience.
