We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into insights, collaborating across teams to build models and dashboards that drive business decisions and performance!
DESCRIPTION
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of our data-driven team, responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Collaborating closely with diverse departments such as Finance, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Product Engineering, you will gather requirements, develop analytical models, and deliver critical dashboards to monitor and enhance performance. By leveraging your analytical acumen and data visualization skills, your insights will contribute directly to the company’s success and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone adaptable and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, bringing a strong business perspective and an innovative approach to problem-solving. *Only applications submitted in English will be considered*.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain analytical models to support cross-functional reporting needs and daily monitoring of business KPIs.
- Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand analytical requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
- Design, create, and optimize dashboards using data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI for clear and impactful data presentation.
- Interpret data trends and produce insights that inform and shape strategic and operational business decisions.
- ETL Workflow Management: Build ETL workflows and data pipelines to ensure seamless integration and flow of data across systems.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct data validation and quality assurance to maintain data integrity and reliability in all reports and dashboards.
- Continuous Improvement in Data Practices: Stay informed on industry best practices and continually propose improvements to data practices and analytical approaches.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting Support: Support ad-hoc reporting requests and contribute to ongoing projects with innovative analytical solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills & qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling in BigQuery or similar database environments
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline management
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI
- Knowledge of Python (or a similar language) for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Snowflake is preferred
- Knowledge of Spark for big data processing is an advantage
- Educational background in Economics, Business Management, Math, or Statistics is valued

- Analytical and detail-oriented with a natural ability to interpret and present data insights effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate business needs and technical information across departments
- Flexibility and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
