DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO, CTO and CPO who are based in different locations. This role is designed for a driven, versatile professional, who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, all to ensure smooth and effective daily operations for our C-Suite. The ideal candidate is an innate problem-solver, with proven experience in executive-level support, keen and mature in handling sensitive information, and a strong communicator across global teams and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact between the C-Level staff and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and correspondence
  • Project Management: Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Strategic Initiatives: Provide research, insights, and reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Global Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings across time zones with international teams and partners
  • Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and organize important documents, presentations, and reports
  • Travel Planning: Manage complex travel logistics, including visa arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries

REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills & qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Experience with global teams and managing complex international schedules.
  • Tech savvy and very much able to employ different software solutions to optimize and automate as much as possible.
  • Top proficiency in English (mandatory, only applications submitted in English will be considered).
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in calendar management, G-suit, Google Slides, Excel, and project management tools.
