The Role
The Director of Integrated Campaigns is a strategic and hands-on marketing leader responsible for driving global, multi-channel campaigns that fuel ThoughtSpot’s growth objectives - market awareness, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion. You’ll set vision and strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to drive hands-on execution when needed. You’ll lead a talented, high-performing team of integrated marketers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance. You’ll inspire the team to think creatively, collaborate effectively across functions, and deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns, You’ll ensure your team has the clarity, support, and tools they need to execute seamlessly and continually raise the bar for integrated marketing at ThoughtSpot.
This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who’s equally comfortable leading a team, shaping go-to-market strategy, and diving into details to ensure flawless delivery. You’ll connect the dots across channels and teams to create a seamless customer journey that delivers measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for our flagship products, strategic initiatives, and key go-to-market moments.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Content, Digital, Demand Generation and Field Marketing to build cohesive, data-driven campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and creativity. You’ll ensure your team has the clarity, support, and tools they need to execute seamlessly and continually raise the bar for integrated marketing at ThoughtSpot.
Balance strategy with execution—guiding the team while staying hands-on in planning, content development, and campaign delivery.
Own campaign frameworks, metrics, and reporting to measure and optimize impact.
Leverage AI and data to improve marketing productivity, personalization, and performance.
What You Bring:
12-15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in integrated or campaign marketing for SaaS, data, or AI-driven companies.
Proven success building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to business impact.
Strong understanding of technical buyer personas and how to market effectively to data and IT audiences.
Experience building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact.
At least 5+ years of people leadership experience; a true player-coach who can develop talent while staying close to execution.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $190k- 230k per year. Actual compensation may vary and will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.
