What’s The Role?
In this Program Manager role within Learning & Experience, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of impactful learning programs that drive skill development, career growth, and alignment with business objectives. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to assess training needs, develop effective strategies, and manage the delivery of engaging content across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring that employees have the tools, resources, and knowledge to succeed and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple global learning programs — from needs analysis and design to implementation, evaluation, and continuous scaling across diverse regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams — including HR Business Partners and business leaders — to ensure programs are culturally relevant, consistent, and aligned with global business priorities.
Collect and analyze learning data from various geographies to establish global benchmarks, measure effectiveness, and adapt programs to regional needs where needed.
Develop and standardize global best practices for content creation, delivery, and engagement, while allowing for regional flexibility where needed.
Design and manage a global communication strategy to promote learning programs, track progress, and ensure accountability across regions and teams.
Leverage data-driven insights to anticipate future skill needs in different markets, align learning strategies with global workforce planning, and support business growth.
Continuously improve global learning programs by gathering feedback from international stakeholders and learners, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and effective.
Manage and oversee learning technologies - including the LMS and other digital platforms, ensuring they remain up-to-date, optimized for user experience, and equipped to track and report learning outcomes effectively across global regions.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in learning and development, project management, training design, or talent development roles within a global organization, managing and optimizing global learning programs.
Proven expertise in leveraging learning technologies (LMS and digital platforms) to track, report, and enhance learning program success across regions.
Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving and adaptability to navigate complex challenges, identify solutions, and adjust strategies for the success of global learning programs.
Effective communication skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences with clear, impactful messaging tailored to various cultural contexts.
Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
