Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to partner with our marketing leadership and drive key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in planning, analyzing, and optimizing marketing processes, tools, and performance to support revenue growth and team productivity.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with marketing leadership to design and implement scalable processes that align with business goals and improve team productivity.
Support planning cycles, including headcount planning, budget alignment, and campaign prioritization.
Partner with sales operations and sales leadership to align marketing strategies with pipeline goals.
Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze marketing and campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Lead reporting and analytics to measure the ROI of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
Partner with the data and analytics team to maintain clean and actionable datasets across CRM and marketing automation tools.
Operational Excellence:
Help drive the marketing technology stack, ensuring effective use, adoption, and integration across teams.
Refine and maintain processes for lead flow, scoring, and segmentation to maximize conversion rates.
Ensure consistent execution of marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with sales pipeline targets.
Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies in marketing workflows and implement best practices to streamline operations.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
What You Bring:
A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and functions.
Proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
A passion for ensuring decisions are balanced, thoughtful, and consider multiple angles, with a willingness to play the “devil’s advocate” where needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of leveraging data to inform strategy.
Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Knowledge of B2B marketing and SaaS go-to-market models is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
