About the Role:

The Senior HRIS Analyst supports HR systems and is responsible for the analysis, design, development, documentation associated with the production support activities of the Workday PMS, Compensation and Benefits and related processes. The Analyst collaborates with and advises users, patterns, HR subject matter experts and HR business partners on system design decisions, user experience, issue resolution, and process design across all Workday modules above.

What you'll do

  • Day-to-day and future focused Workday configuration and management.

  • Responsible for business process design, configuration, report development, release management and implementation of solutions.

  • Configure Workday modules based on HR/Partners needs, ensuring the system is optimized for functionality and user experience for Comp, Nen and PMS modules.

  • Lead and coordinate system upgrades, new feature implementation, and testing to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to users.

  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of employee data within Workday. Develop and maintain data reporting standards accordingly.

  • Provide support to the global HR team and other system users by creating training materials and communications, and conduction training sessions.

  • Lead HRIS-related projects, such as new module rollouts, system upgrades, or integration with other business systems.

  • Lead and coordinate system upgrades, new feature implementation, and testing to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to users.

  • Identifies process improvement or automation opportunities by reviewing supported processes, documenting the as-is and to-be processes and implementing changes in order to save time or costs to the business and/or improve data integrity.

  • May participate and support any additional HR system initiatives as needed.

  • Handle the day to day queries related to the respective modules.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday HR modules ( Performance management, Benefits & Compensation).

  • Strong understanding of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business process frameworks.

  • Experience implementing Workday and replacing legacy systems.

  • Demonstrated skills in Workday HCM system design and configuration.

  • Strong organization, detail orientation, customer service and time management skills required.

  • Experience in building and deploying at least two projects in the above modules.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex Workday functionalities to non-technical users.

  • Experience in managing HRIS-related projects from start to finish, including timelines, stakeholder engagement, and deliverables.

  • Workday Certification in WD PMS and or Comp or Benefits module.

  • Familiarity with other HR technology systems or tools is a plus.

  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing system preferred.

  • Must be able to maintain strictest confidence.
