  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Improve and streamline financial processes to enhance accuracy, reduce cycle times, and increase the efficiency of reporting and analysis.

  • Ensure data readiness and integrity by maintaining clean, accurate financial data and implementing effective data validation and governance practices.

  • Develop and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning to support executive decision-making in a rapidly evolving environment.

WHAT YOU BRING?

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, or related roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment, with exposure to go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with business objectives and drive growth, along with experience in long-term financial modeling and forecasting.

  • Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of conducting in-depth analysis, assessing financial performance, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • GTM Knowledge: Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and financial metrics, including ARR, ACV, and pipeline management, with the ability to evaluate and optimize GTM performance.

  • Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.

  • Process Improvement: A proactive approach to process optimization, with experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices in financial reporting and analysis.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and software, such as Excel (Google Sheets) and Adaptive Planning, as well as familiarity with data visualization techniques to present insights effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
