Job Summary
As the Manager - Partner Sales for India, your mission is to scale BIK’s partner ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for driving indirect revenue by converting Digital Marketing / Performance agencies, E-commerce enablers, and referral partners into active brand advocates who pitch and deploy BIK to their client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify, map, and recruit digital marketing agencies, growth consultants and other partnership sources across India.
- Revenue & Lead Generation: Own a dedicated Top-of-the-Funnel (ToFU) lead target and partner-driven ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target. Ensure a predictable, month-on-month pipeline from onboarded partners.
- Relationship & Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for channel partners, fostering multi-level relationships to ensure high partner retention and mindshare.
- Partner Enablement & Training: Deliver technical walkthroughs, sales collateral, and product training to agency teams so they can pitch BIK’s AI-driven marketing automation independently.
- Pipeline & Performance Tracking: Review partner pipelines weekly. Monitor performance metrics, accurately forecast indirect revenue, and implement corrective programs for underperforming partners.
- Conflict Resolution: Establish clear guidelines and rules of engagement to eliminate overlap or friction of any kind.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience Level: 4 to 8 years of B2B / SaaS experience, with at least 3-5 years focused strictly on Channel Sales or Agency Partnerships in India.
- Industry Background: Candidates coming from MarTech, E-commerce SaaS, CRM, or WhatsApp Business API providers are highly preferred.
- Established Network: The candidate must already possess active contacts within Indian Digital Marketing / Performance Agencies or Shopify ecosystem enablers.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT. An MBA is a plus but secondary to proven partnership track records.
Acumen & Skills needed
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding how agencies make money. The ability to structure attractive rev-share, co-marketing, or white-labeled pricing models that incentivize agency owners.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable talking about AI marketing automation, ROI calculations (LTV, CAC, Cart Abandonment recovery), WhatsApp / Meta policies, Shopify integrations, and basic APIs.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Partnerships are built on trust. The candidate must be exceptional at continuous networking, relationship nurturing, and long-cycle negotiation.
