Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (Enterprise Business) to drive outbound and inbound pipeline generation for large enterprise accounts.
This role requires strong research, personalization, and strategic outreach skills to engage senior stakeholders across enterprise eCommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and own a high-quality enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Identify and target enterprise-level accounts across eCommerce and retail.
  • Conduct deep research on companies, stakeholders, and use cases before outreach.
  • Engage decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT / MEDDIC or equivalent.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to drive deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM tools.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound leads with equal ownership.
  • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation targets.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience in enterprise outbound prospecting.
  • Strong ability to research, personalize, and craft high-conversion messaging.
  • Excellent communication skills — verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, Outplay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • High ownership, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have
  • Experience selling to enterprise eCommerce or retail brands.
  • Understanding of marketing automation, AI, or SaaS products.
  • Exposure to global markets (US / MENA / India enterprise).
