We build two products:
- BIK.ai is an Agentic AI CRM for eCommerce - a single platform that replaces fragmented marketing, retention, and support tools with 100+ AI agents, automating up to 90% of the eCommerce stack. Today, AI agents built on BIK power over $100M in annual sales for 500+ brands.
- Manifest.ai is a GPT-powered digital store associate that helps eCommerce brands convert more traffic by answering buyer questions, recommending products, and guiding purchases in real time.
Together, BIK.ai and Manifest.ai serve 500+ global brands across India, the US, and other international markets, including Transformer Table, LEGO, Mitchell, Imagine, and Durex.
We’re growing fast, selling globally, and now scaling aggressively in the US market.
About the Role
This is not a typical SDR role.
You’ll be one of the first SDRs helping build our US outbound engine from the ground up. You won’t just be “setting meetings” you’ll be helping define how we break into accounts, what messaging works, and how we build repeatable pipeline in a new market.
You’ll work closely with founders, AEs, and GTM Team to target high-potential eCommerce brands, engage decision-makers, and create real pipeline for the business.

What You’ll Do
- Build qualified pipeline for the sales team through cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and account research
- Prospect into eCommerce brands across the US and identify the right buyers and champions
- Book meetings with Founders, CEOs, Heads of ECommerce, Growth, Retention, and CX leaders
- Personalize outbound messaging based on company, use case, and buyer pain points
- Qualify prospects before handing them off to Account Executives
- Work closely with AEs and founders on account strategy, targeting, and outbound campaigns
- Follow up consistently and keep opportunities moving
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and update lead status, notes, and activity
- Bring market feedback back into GTM, positioning, and messaging decisions
Who This Is For
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or other outbound/customer-facing roles
- Comfortable in outbound-heavy, fast-moving environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident picking up the phone, sending cold emails, and handling objections
- Curious, coachable, and excited to learn how modern SaaS sales works
- Self-directed, high-energy, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Based in the United States
