The Mission
We are building a high-performance outbound engine from India.
We’re looking for a Sales Leader who can build, coach, and close, someone who thrives in high accountability environments.
This is not a corporate oversight role.
This is a hands-on revenue command role.
You will lead our sales team while carrying an individual quota.
What You Will Own
Build & Execute Outbound Engine (70%)
You are responsible for revenue.
- Own team quota (monthly + quarterly)
- Carry individual quota (player-coach role)
- Run weekly deal reviews, pipeline scrubs, forecast calls
- Coach discovery, demo control, objection handling, closing
- Test & refine outbound messaging and ICP targeting
- Own new business acquisition + expansion motion
You are accountable for pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and close rates.
Build Sales Infrastructure (15%)
- Design outbound playbooks and talk tracks
- Define qualification framework (MEDDICC / custom hybrid)
- Optimize CRM hygiene
- Build reporting dashboards (pipeline coverage, win rate, velocity)
- Create pricing frameworks and objection-handling libraries
Scale the Organization (15%)
- Hire aggressively and intelligently
- Build performance management systems
- Institutionalize best practices
- Create a culture of Accountability and ownership
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 8+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- 5+ years leading quota-carrying teams
- Proven record of scaling outbound teams
- Has carried a team wide quota of $10 Mn+
- Consistent 100%+ quota attainment
- Experience selling technical / complex SaaS
Strong Plus
- Built a team from 0–20+ reps
- Experience in early-stage SaaS (Series A–C)
- Deep outbound-driven GTM exposure
- Strong CRM + sales ops fluency
