About Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Market Research Analyst with a major focus on supporting the success of our Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams at BIK. As a Market Research Analyst with a specialization in aiding SDR teams, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing qualified accounts and providing strategic insights to enhance the effectiveness of our sales outreach. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of the SAAS industry, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for empowering SDR teams to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Account Identification:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and prioritize potential target accounts for the SDR teams.
- Utilize market intelligence tools and methodologies to assess account fit and potential engagement.
Data-driven Insights:
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform SDR outreach strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance account targeting and messaging.
Lead Qualification:
- Collaborate closely with SDR teams to establish criteria for qualifying leads.
- Develop and maintain a lead scoring system to prioritize accounts based on potential.
Competitor Analysis:
- Research competitor activities and market dynamics to identify gaps and opportunities for our SDR teams.
- Provide insights on competitor account targeting strategies.
Market Segmentation:
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to define and refine target market segments.
- Develop strategies for effective segmentation and outreach.
Collaboration with SDR Teams:
- Foster strong collaboration with SDR teams to understand their challenges and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support through data-driven recommendations and insights.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for SDR team success.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track the impact of market research efforts on account sourcing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst with a focus on supporting sales teams, preferably in the SAAS industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with market research tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
