This role will be based in San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.
We're looking for a Scaled Customer Marketing Manager to join our LinkedIn Talent Solutions Marketing organization, developing content and customer-facing programs that engage talent leaders and drive product adoption across our LTS Hiring Portfolio. In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that leverage customer signals and behavioral triggers to accelerate activation and deepen ongoing product usage. You'll shape how product value is brought to life through personalized, customer-centric marketing. You'll partner closely with Product, Data Science, Customer Success, GPO, and cross-functional marketing teams to develop segmentation strategies, translate product capabilities into compelling narratives, and continuously optimize performance through insights and experimentation. This role requires strong end-to-end program ownership, from planning and prioritization to execution and reporting, along with the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, executive-ready communication. Responsibilities:
- Drive product adoption through lifecycle marketing
- Lead the strategy and execution of multi-touch, lifecycle campaigns that increase activation and ongoing product usage
- Design and deploy behavior-based, personalized campaigns across email and LinkedIn to engage customers at scale
- Align campaign strategies to business objectives, customer needs, and defined KPIs
- Build and optimize data-driven audience strategies
- Partner with Data Science and Audience Operations to develop segmentation and targeting strategies using customer signals such as persona, product usage, and data modeling
- Identify opportunities to strengthen data foundations and improve scalability of lifecycle programs
- Translate product value into compelling narratives
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging that articulates product capabilities, value, and pathways to customer success
- Leverage internal tools for creative copywriting that brings messaging to life across campaign assets and channels
- Identify gaps in the content roadmap and recommend strategies to support lifecycle progression and product adoption
- Maintain a high bar for content, design, and customer experience across all campaign touchpoints
- Own campaign performance and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead test-and-learn strategies to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix
- Establish and evolve reporting frameworks to measure impact and inform future investment decisions
- Partner with events teams to extend campaign impact
- Collaborate with events and field marketing teams to drive registration and attendance for key marketing events at scale through targeted lifecycle campaigns
- Develop post-event engagement strategies that promote event content and reinforce product value and adoption
- Lead cross-functional execution and program management
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales and GPO partners to align on strategy and execution
- Manage programs end-to-end, including planning, asset development, delivery, and optimization
- Drive prioritization and execution through strong project management and scalable processes
- Communicate impact and influence stakeholders
- Synthesize campaign performance, insights, and recommendations into clear, executive-ready updates
- Demonstrate strong executive presence when presenting progress, risks, and opportunities
- Leverage market and customer insights
- Stay current on industry trends, AI advancements, and customer feedback to inform campaign strategy
- Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve customer outcomes
- Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to scale personalization, accelerate campaign execution, and improve performance insights
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or equivalent experience AND 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based environment

The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
