We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary: Consultants will review customer-service and rental-service prompts, operational workflows, and AI-generated rubrics to ensure outputs reflect realistic customer interactions, transaction handling, and service procedures.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Review customer-service scenarios and workflow prompts for realism
- Evaluate AI-generated rubrics for service quality and operational completeness
- Assess AI outputs for communication effectiveness and procedural accuracy
- Recommend improvements to evaluation criteria and workflows
- Identify missing escalation steps, policy considerations, or customer experience issues
- Draft benchmark customer-service responses when required
- Apply professional judgment to service and transaction-related scenarios
- Follow project confidentiality and data-use requirements

- Improved evaluation criteria for customer-service workflows
- Accurate assessments of AI-generated service interactions

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, rental operations, hospitality, or retail operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess workflow accuracy and customer interaction quality
- Comfort reviewing structured operational scenarios
