Project Overview:

We are seeking experienced production supervisors to evaluate manufacturing and operations prompts,

workflow scenarios, and AI-generated rubrics related to production management, quality control, safety,

and workforce coordination.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

  • Review production-management prompts and operational workflows
  • Evaluate AI-generated rubrics for manufacturing accuracy and process completeness
  • Assess AI outputs for workflow logic, safety considerations, and efficiency
  • Identify operational risks, quality-control gaps, or staffing issues
  • Recommend improvements to evaluation frameworks
  • Draft benchmark responses for operational scenarios
  • Apply professional judgment to production-management decisions
  • Follow project data-use and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising manufacturing, warehouse, or production teams
  • Familiarity with quality control and operational workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate operational reasoning and decision-making
