Your Impact:

Once a client goes live, the real work begins.

As a Client Service Manager, you’ll own the delivery experience for a portfolio of high-value clients. You’ll ensure our solution performs at its best, evolves smoothly, and delivers real value through structured change, reliable releases, and responsive day-to-day support. Success means clients experience seamless service, risks are spotted and managed early, and internal teams stay aligned.

Your Objective:

  • Lead day-to-day delivery including change programs, releases, and support tickets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across support, product, development, QA, and design to deliver smooth, predictable outcomes
  • Monitor client account health, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in the CRM, supporting strategic account planning
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Customer Support team
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide operational insight (not sales or upsell)

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Must-Have:

  • 4–6+ years in client service management in a SaaS environment
  • Strong project management knowledge (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with confidence

Nice-to-Have:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification
  • Technical understanding of SaaS platforms and software development processes
  • Experience in FinTech or Asset management industries
