THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Solutions team, with a specific focus on Kurtosys’ Flexible Reporting solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the trajectory of our Office-related reporting products from MVP to market-leading solutions in the sales-enablement and client-reporting space.
As a PM, you’ll take ownership of the Flexible Reporting roadmap, ensuring initiatives are clearly prioritised, client value is maximised, and delivery is accelerated. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Client Service Delivery, and other Product Managers to deliver measurable outcomes - enabling our Office suite to compete head-to-head with global platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their PM career with previous product management experience (2-4 years), ideally within asset or wealth management, related financial services or B2B SaaS environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own and evolve the Flexible Reporting roadmap, aligned with Kurtosys’ wider reporting strategy
- Balance client needs, business value, and delivery feasibility
- Translate business outcomes into actionable initiatives deliverables
Execution & Delivery
- Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure timely and quality delivery of roadmap initiatives
- Drive prioritisation decisions and backlog hygiene, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes
- Lead iterative releases, ensuring clients and internal teams benefit from early and frequent delivery
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with other PMs, sales, implementation and support stakeholders across the company to stay on the pulse of client needs, ensure alignment, and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Engage directly with clients to validate problems and test solutions
- Communicate roadmap delivery and key decisions clearly to stakeholders
Client & Commercial Focus
- Understand client workflows, pain points, and market trends in sales enablement and reporting
- Support upsell and cross-sell conversations by articulating Office suite value propositions
- Work closely with marketing, product trainers and product adoption to enable GTM for your products and client adoption
Metrics & Outcomes
- Track adoption, usage, and commercial impact of Office features
- Define and measure success through KPIs such as adoption, retention, client satisfaction, and reduced time-to-market
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years’ experience in product management or business analysis.
- Experience in asset management or wealth management (highly desirable) or related financial services, B2B SaaS environments experience (advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional, co-located teams and making trade-off decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
