Be the Bridge Between Client Vision and Reality: Product Consultant at Kurtosys

We are seeking a well-rounded, Product Consultant (Technical Business Analyst) who will be involved with analysing, specifying and upgrading existing solutions for our clients.
The Product Consultant will draw on a variety of problem-solving abilities and technical skills, working closely with the internal Services team to analyse data, present options and design a solution to meet the business need presented by the client. The Product Consultant will also be responsible to assist on resolving incidents raised which involves client data, specific client configuration or other external factors.

This position is required to work US-hours: between 08:00 – 16:00 Pacific Standard Time zone (which relates to 17:00 – 02:00 / 16:00 – 01:00 SAST) depending on Daylight Savings time zone in the US.

Technical Acumen: You possess a strong understanding of data structures (CSV, JSON, XML), web development concepts (HTML, CSS), and database technologies (SQL), with any configuration experience a bonus.

Solution Architect: You can creatively translate client needs into feasible solutions leveraging the Kurtosys platform and your technical expertise.

Industry Expertise: You possess a background in the asset management industry, with a strong grasp of relevant regulations and best practices.

Business Savvy: You have a passion for the financial services industry and a keen eye for identifying business challenges and opportunities.

Communication Mastermind: You excel at verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, building strong relationships with clients and effectively conveying complex technical concepts.

Software Development Awareness: You have a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies like Scrum.

Atlassian Ace: You are proficient in using Atlassian software, particularly Confluence for collaborative knowledge management and JIRA for project management and task tracking.

Lifelong Learner: You are driven to continuously learn and adapt, staying current with industry trends and embracing new technologies.

Support Superhero: Client service driven with the ability to assist clients with support queries in an effective and efficient manner.
