THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Pre-Sales Analyst/Engineer to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Analyst/Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, acting as the technical expert and bridge between our innovative SaaS platform and potential clients.
  • You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling proof of values, ensuring clients fully understand the technical capabilities and benefits of our solutions.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS platform for asset management reporting.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to asset and investment management.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and challenges.
    • Collaborate with the product team to provide insights into client needs and contribute to product development.
  • Proof of Value Delivery:
    • Lead the technical aspect of pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and proof of value engagements.
    • Customize and present technical solutions to address client-specific challenges.
  • Client Education:
    • Effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our platform to potential clients.
    • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Feedback Loop:
    • Provide valuable feedback to the product team based on client interactions to enhance the platform's capabilities.
    • Act as the voice of the customer, helping improve the overall customer experience.

THE NON NEGOTIABLES:

  • Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Engineering or Business Analysis.
  • Min 2 years’ experience
  • Industry experience in Asset Management
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Consultant or in a similar technical sales role within the financial technology or B2B SaaS sector.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, investment management and financial reporting processes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
