Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role is critical in expanding our market presence in the Oil, Gas, Chemical, and related industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within these sectors, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as Industrial Service Providers, GCs, EPCs, and Asset Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil, Gas, Chemical, and related industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies, including Service Providers, GCs, EPCs, and Asset Owners.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with KEWAZO's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet client needs and solve industry-specific challenges.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent KEWAZO at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our solutions and expand our network.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Development role within the Oil, Gas, Chemical, or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network within the target industries, with established relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
