Handshake is seeking accomplished Human Resources Professionals to join our AI research community as subject-matter experts in business communication, strategy, and corporate storytelling. This program assembles leaders with deep expertise in building board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor presentations, client proposals, and executive communications.

• The position is remote and asynchronous - work independently from wherever you are.
• Flexible hours and the ability to work remotely, with no minimum commitment to hours.
• Project work includes and is not limited to developing domain-specific prompts and evaluating LLM responses.
• Dedicate time researching topics that are interesting to you, with the assistance of AI.
• Learn new skills while contributing to the changing world of AI across various disciplines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ work experience in following roles:
• Human Resources Assistant
• Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field (e.g., MBA, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, Communication, or similar).
• Capacity to work asynchronously with AI research teams.
