Why this role matters:

As a Facility Security Specialist, , you’ll supports ICEYE's secure sites in operating safely and in line with government security expectations. The role exists to help protect people, facilities, processes, and classified information from compromise or disruption, working within established defence-grade security practices across physical security, classified systems, personnel security, and information protection.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Support ICEYE facilities in attaining and maintaining appropriate security classifications.

  • Assist in maintaining classified asset protection and help identify and contain insider and external threats.

  • Support security incident response: report, help investigate, and follow through on resolution alongside internal and external stakeholders.

  • Help staff understand and meet their security responsibilities, including correct handling of classified information and personnel security obligations.

  • Coordinate day-to-day work with security vendors (e.g., guard force management).

  • Support security projects from scoping through implementation, working alongside more senior team members.

  • Contribute to scaling established security practices as ICEYE opens new and international sites.

  • Help build organization-wide security awareness through training and communication.

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

  • 2 years of facility security experience in an international, multi-site environment.

  • Experience in a high-pace environment, building and scaling security processes.

  • Experience working with security vendors such as guard force management.

  • Hands-on experience with access control, surveillance and intrusion detection

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working within strict documentation and compliance requirements.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working directly with government, defence, or other highly regulated customers.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, KATAKRI, NATO).

  • Demonstrated audit and regulatory inspection experience.

  • Incident investigation and reporting experience.

  • Ability to build strong security culture and awareness across an organization.
