Why this role matters:
Customer Excellence sits at the integration layer between our customers and internal teams. This role owns the quality and coherence of how CE captures, structures, and shares knowledge - raising the professionalism of our operational documentation and keeping it alive as our processes evolve.
The primary focus is knowledge management: turning scattered, fast-changing operational reality into clear, trusted, well-structured content that others can rely on. Alongside that, the role offers the opportunity to grow into project and OKR facilitation - helping keep distributed work coherent as it moves between CE, Product, Program Management, and Operations. This is a role for someone who treats documentation as a live operating asset, not a static archive.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
Knowledge management (primary focus)
Establish and enforce a documentation standard across CE - structure, tone, versioning, and discoverability - so our output is professional and trustworthy internally and, where relevant, to customers.
Own the CE operations playbook end to end: fulfilment processes, escalation paths, decision frameworks, and the operating model. Keep it accurate as processes change, not documented once and left to age.
Consolidate and retire legacy content, establishing a single source of truth rather than fragmented parallel versions.
Build templates and conventions others can follow, so documentation quality doesn't depend on any one person.
Project and OKR facilitation (opportunity to grow into)
Support OKR drafting, circulation, and alignment cycles across CE and dependent teams - keeping what CE is measured on distinct from what it depends on.
Coordinate across intra- and inter-team workstreams: capture decisions, close feedback loops, and keep the written record in sync with operational reality as roll-outs and process changes land.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
Proven experience owning operational or process documentation in a fast-moving environment - you've done the real work, not just contributed to it.
Sharp editorial judgement: able to turn messy, evolving reality into clear, structured, professional content.
Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change; you keep knowledge current as the underlying processes shift.
Coordination instincts, comfortable working across functions without direct authority.
Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus in our multicultural environment.
Nice to have
Experience in a technical, operations-heavy, or New Space / SaaS scale-up environment.
Familiarity with knowledge tools (Confluence or similar) and lightweight documentation-as-code practices.
Interest or prior exposure to OKR facilitation and cross-functional coordination.
