As a TA Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our hiring operations — managing interview scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating onsite visits worldwide, and ensuring every candidate has a seamless experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.

  • Serve as a point of contact for all recruiters as the scheduling aficionado.

  • Manage recruiting calendars and coordinate logistics for interviews, recruiting events, and debriefs.

  • Manage all travel itineraries for formal interviews onsite in any of our offices worldwide.

  • At the core of talent acquisition lies recruiting coordination, which is the primary focus of this role.

Program Management

  • Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for recruiting operations and scheduling efficiency.

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and provide actionable insights to improve scheduling efficiency and results/outcomes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR Operations, HRBP, IT, Executive Assistants… etc) to ensure alignment and integration of recruiting programs to ensure a strong onboarding process.

Tools & Process Optimization

  • Support the implementation and administration of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruiting/scheduling tools.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within recruiting workflows.

  • Maintain accurate data and reporting on recruitment activities, funnel metrics, and program KPIs.

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or HR role.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing recruiting scheduling programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and scheduling tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in program management, process improvement, or project coordination within Talent Acquisition.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, etc) and recruiting analytics.

  • Prior experience in tech, high-growth, or global organizations.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
