Why this role matters:

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll ensure the availability of flight-critical systems including ADCS, propulsion, and composite satellite structures that directly impact satellite control and mission success. You will translate complex technical requirements into reliable supply, manage risk proactively, and enable ICEYE to scale satellite production and deliver missions on schedule.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Ensure on-time availability of flight-critical hardware including ADCS, propulsion, and composite structures
• Manage supplier performance across quality, reliability, and delivery for flight-grade components
• Identify and mitigate supply risks including long lead times, single sourcing, and technical dependencies
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

• Technical understanding of satellite ADCS, propulsion systems, and composite structures
• Experience sourcing high-reliability or flight-critical hardware
• Proven supplier qualification and risk management capability
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in aerospace or space technology environments
• Familiarity with scaling hardware production in a fast-paced setting
• Understanding of supply chain challenges in satellite manufacturing
