Why you will love this role:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Process Development Specialist who is passionate about process improvement and efficiency. You will be analyzing, designing, and improving supply chain processes across procurement, supply planning, logistics, and supplier management. This role will drive efficiency through process optimization, support ERP/IT system developments, and ensure robust documentation and standardization of supply chain workflows across multiple subsidiaries and regions.

What will you do in this role?

  • Process Analysis & Improvement
    • Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Lead supply chain improvement projects and ensure timely project execution within budget and scope.
    • Report and track process performance based on defined KPIs, detect bottlenecks, and optimize processes.
    • Implement lean principles and best practices to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
    • Support automation and digitalization initiatives within the supply chain function.
    • Work closely with procurement, planning, logistics, quality, and finance teams to align processes across the organization.

  • ERP & IT System Enhancements
    • Improve ERP system functionality for procurement, supply planning, and logistics modules in close collaboration with IT and other business process owners.
    • Test and validate system changes and participate in ERP upgrade projects.
    • Develop and maintain BI dashboards for supply chain performance reporting.
    • Use scripting tools (preferably Python) for advanced data analysis and process automation.
    • Support to integrate ERP systems with other platforms such as PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

  • Documentation & Standardization
    • Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for all supply chain processes.
    • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards across all subsidiaries.
    • Provide training to local teams on new processes and tools.
    • Act as a key contact point for subsidiaries to support process harmonization globally.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience & Skills
    • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, process development, or ERP implementation projects, ideally in electronics or high-tech industries.
    • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) for procurement, planning, and logistics.
    • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and reporting.
    • Ability to create process maps & documentation using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
    • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles for process optimization.
    • Basic Python knowledge for automation, data analysis, or reporting tasks.
    • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and interest in applying AI to supply chain optimization
    • Familiarity with PLM or MES systems.
    • Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Collaboration & stakeholder management across multiple functions and regions.
    • Change management & communication skills to drive process adoption.
    • Prioritization & time management in a dynamic environment.
