Role Scope
ICEYE is looking for a Global Manufacturing Infrastructure - Deployment Manager to lead the execution and delivery of satellite integration facilities across the company’s global footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each deployment site is delivered on time, within budget, and in full alignment with technical scope requirements defined by ICEYE’s production and engineering teams.
You will act as the central project lead per site, coordinating activities across supply chain, logistics, construction partners, and internal stakeholders. You will own the end-to-end deployment plan from project kickoff through to facility handover, driving progress, managing risks, and resolving blockers. This role is critical to ensuring ICEYE's global production capability scales reliably, efficiently, and with full cross-functional alignment.
To achieve success in this role, you will need a combination of the following:
- Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure or industrial deployment projects.
- Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, cost tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to operate autonomously in highly dynamic environments while coordinating across cross-functional and global teams.
- Experience working with supply chain, logistics, and external vendors for equipment and facility readiness.
- Clear communication skills and a structured approach to reporting, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Deep ownership mindset with a drive for on-time and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project delivery of assigned satellite integration sites, from initiation to handover.
- Own the deployment schedule, budget, and work breakdown, ensuring all milestones are met and aligned with ICEYE's production roadmap.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and local stakeholders to ensure timely availability of equipment, materials, and contractor support.
- Track and maintain a detailed deployment schedule, managing dependencies across civil works, facility installations, and IT/security readiness.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, resolve delays, and ensure transparent cross-functional communication.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Manufacturing Facilities Architect to ensure technical scope is delivered as defined.
- Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders and serve as the central coordination point during deployment.
Required Skills and Competence
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8+ years in infrastructure, manufacturing, or facility deployment project management, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech sectors.
- Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (Gantt, WBS, Critical Path, risk logs, etc.).
- Experience with international site deployment or construction coordination is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing infrastructure, cleanroom requirements, or technical integration environments is beneficial.
- Fluent in English, with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
