Field Sales Associates at Hitch work to establish relationships with small-medium sized coffee shops, restaurants,and hotels to unlock new pockets of demand. Who are we looking for? Someone who is natural at selling, fast paced and creative in testing out various pitches and product ideas.

In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle for:

• Small/Medium Local Businesses: Sign official partnerships with local restaurants, hotels and coffee shops to unlock new pick-up and drop-off points for Hitch customers.

Your success in this role is measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly quota and proactively building your pipeline via cold-calls, emails, field appointments. The team will lean on you to provide product suggestions and new ideas that may enable new partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Daily: Own and manage a pipeline of small/medium local businesses to sign new partnerships. This may involve cold-calling, emailing and in-person visits.
• Manage contract negotiation to establish the foundation of a strong working relationship with our partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
• Innovate and suggest new models for partnerships based on what you learn in the field
• Hire and scale up our team to pursue different regions
• Represent Hitch, and our values, in all discussions with external partners
• Report directly to the executive team on your learnings and progress

Basic Qualifications

• For Field Account Representative - at least 1 year of work experience
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Must have own reliable vehicle
