We’re on a mission to redefine data-driven insights in the insurance industry. We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst to be a key player in our growing data and analytics team. In this role, you'll help shape our data landscape by contributing to the creation of an innovative and cutting-edge data enterprise solution. You’ll work closely with our product, finance, and customer teams to turn data into actionable insights, manage the transformation layer, and refine our data pipelines. Reporting to the Manager of Analytics, you’ll collaborate with various business stakeholders to prioritize and drive impactful projects.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and drive data-informed decision-making with proactive and thorough analysis.
- Optimize and maintain the data pipeline, developing clean, logical data models that enable self-service analytics and increase speed to insights.
- Create high-quality visualizations to support internal and external stakeholders, narrating data stories and advancing product initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive data documentation and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Work with product and engineering teams to define and refine data requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in ETL/ELT processes or managing a transformation layer
- Proficiency in SQL, LookML, Excel, and at least one statistical programming language (e.g., R or Python).
- Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable analytical frameworks.
- Strong autonomy with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Solid understanding of database and data warehousing concepts, with exposure to tools like dbt.
