Role-
1. Deliver timely, accurate and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues
2. Utilize the internal ticketing system to log all requests and activities
3. Take ownership of Customer Service incidents and work to
successfully resolve them
4. Escalate issues as needed
5. Other duties assigned
Skills Required:
1. Can work under pressure
2. Amenable to work on shifting schedule
3. Ability to quickly learn customer service-based tools and techniques
4. Amenable to work on shifting schedule
5. Excellent written communication
6. Experience in a customer support environment
7. Preferably with customer service experience in a BPO setting
8. Gaming background is a plus
