About the Role
We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to help build and scale our procurement function from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and vendor management. You’ll analyze spending, support sourcing decisions, and help create processes that keep our startup fast, cost-efficient, and resilient as we grow.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys digging into data, improving systems, and working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Find, negotiate and manage vendors. Support broader organization in sourcing and vendor selection through data-driven analysis and market research
  • Analyze company spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Track supplier performance, pricing trends, and contract compliance
  • Build and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and forecasts
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to align purchasing with business needs
  • Help design and improve procurement processes, policies, and tools
  • Assist with contract reviews, renewals, and negotiations (as needed)
  • Support ad-hoc analysis related to supply risk, demand planning, and scaling operations

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, or analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (SQL or Python is a plus)
  • Ability to turn messy data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
This describes the ideal candidate; many of us have picked up this expertise along the way. Even if you meet only part of this list, we encourage you to apply!
