About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Production and Logistics to oversee all aspects of our production and logistics operations. This role is crucial to ensuring that our products are produced and delivered on time, meeting the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage communication with various factories to ensure timely ordering and production.
Maintain and develop contacts with all factory partners.
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on schedule.
Implement and manage effective logistics strategies to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
Develop and manage production budgets and report on performance metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve any production or logistics issues that arise.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in production and logistics, preferably in textile or large-scale distribution.
Proven track record of managing production processes and logistics operations.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Experience with machine operations and print-on-demand production is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both French and English.
