📌 About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and collaborative Product Designer to join us at Fletch.

You will create experiences for a new category in cybersecurity that combines data analytics, security, and media.

As a Product Designer at Fletch, you'll design new products and features from concept to implementation and continuously improve our flagship 2 products. You'll collaborate with multiple teams and engage with customers to ensure elegant UX solutions to complex security challenges.

You will be a key advocate for our users across the organization and help build a close-knit, multidisciplinary product team.

👨‍💻 What you’ll do at Fletch

  • Tackle design problems from beginning to end, taking key insights from research and data and creating concepts that form new and better experiences
  • Deliver effective, delightful, crafted designs for projects across our products offerings
  • Build detailed flows and interactions for a variety of applications, including web app, onboarding, data viz, content, and email/chat communications
  • Help drive the vision for the product and achieve it through iterative design exploration, documentation, and presentation
  • Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale
  • Provide and solicit feedback from customers and cross-functional stakeholders to continually better our experiences
  • Collaborate with customer success and marketing to research, define, and prioritize features based on user and business needs
  • Collaborate with engineering on technical implementation
