Your Role in Our Mission
We are looking for a Associate, Supplychain to join our Operations team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end procurement cycle — from sourcing vendors and evaluating quotations to raising purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery. You will be an integral part of keeping Enveda's research running smoothly by managing the flow of materials and equipment that power our science.

What You Will Do:

  • Source vendors in line with purchase requirements and evaluate new and existing suppliers.

  • Raise enquiries, understand technical specifications, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative analyses to support procurement decisions.

  • Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system.

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and proactively follow up on open orders.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, order trackers, and supporting documentation.

  • Support inventory management activities, including Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.

  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated in the ERP system.

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and escalating potential shortages, excess inventory, or expiry risks.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and provide procurement updates.

  • Support customs, logistics, and shipment tracking activities as required.

  • Adhere to established procurement, inventory, and compliance processes while maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness.

  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into procurement, inventory, and supply chain performance.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance.

Who Will Thrive Here

You are a proactive, detail-driven professional who takes ownership of the procurement cycle from start to finish. You communicate clearly, act with urgency, and take care to get the details right.

  • Postgraduate (preferably from a Science background) with 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain in the biopharma industry

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems for purchase order management

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.

If you’re passionate about innovation and impact, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t meet every requirement.
