Your Role in Our Mission:
At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Research Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in in vitro ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion) studies will be critical in accelerating our mission to develop novel pharmaceutical products because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

What You’ll Do:

    • Plan, design, and execute in vitro ADME studies to assess drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion characteristics.
    • Evaluate new chemical entities (NCEs) using various in vitro cell-based and microsomal incubations and hepatocyte studies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ADME data into drug discovery strategies.
    • Optimize and validate experimental protocols to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of in vitro assays.
    • Analyze and interpret data and stay current with industry trends and advancements in in vitro ADME methodologies.
    • Train and mentor junior team members.

We’re Looking For:

    • Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences or in a related field with relevant experience.
    • Hands-on experience in conducting in vitro ADME studies.
    • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in DMPK department.
    • Proficiency in utilizing various in vitro ADME techniques and assays.
    • Handling LC-MSMS, HPLC, and other instruments to develop analytical methods and quantify NCE concentrations is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability for quick decision making, prioritizing, and attention to detail.
