Enveda is looking for a Project Leader, Early Development to join our team remotely!
The contribution you will make:
Are you a natural leader, facilitator and collaborative? Are you good at analytics? How would you like to be a part of a team that partners with cross-functional groups to lead projects, development strategy, spearhead regulatory submissions, and drive teams to decisions.
As a member of the Early Development team, you will work closely with the Sr. VP, Early Development.

You get to collaborate on:

  • Identifying opportunities for drug development programs by using your creativity, scientific and analytic expertise, and knowledge of drug development
  • Building compelling early development strategies for each program
  • Defining the target product profile and competitive landscape to guide the translation from bench to bedside.
  • Leading the probability of technical and regulatory success (PTRS) process for teams they support
  • Supporting business case development by working with corporate strategy/business development

Who will thrive in this role?

  • Significant experience in strategic roles in a pharma/biotech
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotech landscape, R&D trends, drug development process. Experience in inflammation and autoimmunity disease areas
  • Proven ability to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of a disease area
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and translate clinical/scientific information
  • Passion for biology and the application of science to the discovery and development of new medicines
  • Understanding of US pharmaceutical R&D process
  • Ability to develop strategy, goals and tactics to bring assets to the clinic and eventually to the market
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience leading a matrixed cross functional team consisting of representatives from R&D
  • MS and 7+ years of relevant experience OR a PhD and 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Scientific background
