Enveda is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Boulder,CO.!
The contribution you will make:
You are a Project Manager, with a scientific background and experience in drug discovery and early drug development. You have a track record for success in the coordination and delivery of important research project deliverables. You will contribute to our mission of advanced drug discovery through planning, tracking and communication of research activities. You are a self-starter who doesn’t need direct supervision to motivate you for success. You are ready to make your mark in a smaller, growing company leveraging your experience to deliver excellent results and build an outstanding company. You have entrepreneurial spirit and are energized by the process of building something lasting from the ground up. You will report to a Project Manager.

You get to collaborate on:

  • Lead efforts to plan essential activities to efficiently deliver innovative drug candidates by partnering with leaders and scientists in cross-functional organizations (including biologists, chemists, metabolomics experts, data scientists, and engineers).
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure that tasks/projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget through constant communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Assist the Project Leaders in meeting management through agenda planning, providing status updates and following up on action items.
  • Assist in execution of operational tasks when needed to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate all activities relevant to studies (both internal and external).
  • Develop detailed Project Plans and manage activities and deliverables in project management tools in adherence to timelines and budget.
  • Create dashboards and reports for communication of important project information and statuses.
  • Clearly communicate the status of projects, challenges, results, and proposed paths forward across internal and external stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
  • Explore opportunities for accelerating timelines.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Who will thrive in this role?

  • B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in a biological science / PMP Certification is a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience managing drug discovery research projects and working with cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Technologically savvy and motivated to learn new project productivity software.
  • Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic, results- and team-oriented start-up environment.
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit resourcefulness to do more with less in a startup environment.
  • Work efficiently and flexibly with scientists across multiple geographies.
