Enveda is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team remotely!
The contribution you will make:
Our Social Media Manager will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support our overall marketing efforts.
As a member of the Business Development team, you will report to the Chief of Staff.

You get to collaborate on:

  • Creating strategic internal and external communication and creative PR plans using cutting edge techniques.
  • Developing and executing a social media content plan across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others relevant to our industry.
  • Working independently or with our PR manager to craft engaging and shareable content that highlights our company's achievements, research progress, and industry developments.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and posts, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and PR teams to develop and implement social media campaigns in line with our company's goals and objectives while ensuring brand consistency on all platforms.
  • Engaging with our online community, responding to questions and comments from followers, and promoting meaningful conversations around biotechnology topics and trends.
  • Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and emerging technologies, ensuring our social media presence remains cutting-edge and relevant in the fast-paced biotech industry.
  • Assisting in the creation of visual assets for social media campaigns, such as images, gifs, and short videos.

Who will thrive in this role?

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or related to biotechnology and life sciences.
  • Expertise in internal & external communications content creation
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging and informative content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • An interest in biotechnology or life sciences, with a basic understanding of relevant concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong Project management, content creation, content calendar management experience
  • Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in biotech, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
