Enveda is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team remotely!

The contribution you will make:

Our Social Media Manager will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support our overall marketing efforts.

As a member of the Business Development team, you will report to the Chief of Staff.

You get to collaborate on:

Creating strategic internal and external communication and creative PR plans using cutting edge techniques.
Developing and executing a social media content plan across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others relevant to our industry.
Working independently or with our PR manager to craft engaging and shareable content that highlights our company's achievements, research progress, and industry developments.
Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and posts, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborating with the marketing and PR teams to develop and implement social media campaigns in line with our company's goals and objectives while ensuring brand consistency on all platforms.
Engaging with our online community, responding to questions and comments from followers, and promoting meaningful conversations around biotechnology topics and trends.
Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and emerging technologies, ensuring our social media presence remains cutting-edge and relevant in the fast-paced biotech industry.
Assisting in the creation of visual assets for social media campaigns, such as images, gifs, and short videos.

Who will thrive in this role?

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or related to biotechnology and life sciences.
Expertise in internal & external communications content creation
Experience in managing social media accounts and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging and informative content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data.
An interest in biotechnology or life sciences, with a basic understanding of relevant concepts.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong Project management, content creation, content calendar management experience
Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus.
Knowledgeable in biotech, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
