[EdgeConneX is looking for summer interns. This will be a paid, 10-week internship from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026]

Title: Human Resources Intern

Pay: $23/hr

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Intern to work closely with our team on different areas of HR. To be successful as an HR Intern, you should have great communication skills, be highly organized, and learn quickly how to prioritize. This position has a hybrid schedule (in-office/home) and reports to the Director of Global Human Resources.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support compliance efforts, audits, and other ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
  • Conduct research and analysis around HR policies and initiatives.
  • Partner with Employee Experience and Development to support employee resource groups, engagement initiatives, internal communications, and presentations.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support Talent Acquisition as needed, including by preparing offer letters and increasing usage of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry and template preparation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, ability to work as part of a team, and work effectively in a hybrid schedule.
  • Eager to learn and apply knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree or studying towards a bachelor’s degree.
