Data Center Operations Intern

Location: Warsaw

Step into the world of data center operations and gain hands‑on exposure to the full spectrum of engineering requirements that keep critical infrastructure running. In this internship, you’ll work closely with our Chief and Field Engineers, collaborating on the day‑to‑day tasks that support a fully operational, high‑performance data center.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop foundational knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment, including how key systems operate and support facility infrastructure.
  • Conduct visual inspections of M&E equipment to help identify irregularities or potential issues.
  • Review and verify work completed by subcontractors, ensuring tasks meet required standards.
  • Report findings and observations to Chief Engineers or Field Engineers in a clear and timely manner.
  • Support small-scale initiatives by preparing basic project plans and assisting with project management activities such as tracking progress and coordinating tasks.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and apply knowledge
  • Basic M&E Knowledge

Experience/Education

  • Students year 3 or 4 pursuing Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree
